UPDATE: Minnesota is STILL under occupation by federal agents from ICE and CBP!
Not just Minneapolis, and not just the people protesting. Across Minnesota, ICE continues to stop, harass, and detain people regardless of their citizenship status. Normal life in Minnesota has been interrupted, as schools have been forced to close or go virtual, as people live in fear of leaving their homes or going to work.
As our Wake County Indivisibles supported our own Triangle Mutual Aid organizations - Minnesotans need that same help from us. See several organizations below and in our Actions Guide, to stay updated, provide support and most importantly - donate to their efforts.
WCI continues to support organizations in support of our immigrant neighbors- Siembra NC, El Pueblo, Carolina Migrants Network, RUMAH (Raleigh United Mutual Aid Hub) and others.
