On July 25, 2025, WCPSS announced some schools would no longer receive funding for the Universal Free Breakfast Program due to federal cuts to SNAP benefits and increased eligibility requirements for students. Bottom line… students are going hungry at school. Join us as we “Pack the Bus” with snacks to keep students fed at school.
ALL donations submitted at our from October 12-18 will benefit the Pack the Bus Snack Drive. If you’d prefer to donate in person, drop off shelf stable, individually packaged snacks or gift cards to Raleigh Brewing Company at our sign-making event on Oct 12 from 1-5pm or bring them to the NO KINGS Official Raleigh event on Capital Blvd, 12-3pm. Wake County Indivisible will have a collection table as well as access to our QR code for donations. Email questions to wci@wakecountyindivisible.org
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 18TH
Capital Boulevard
12-3 pm
NO KINGS 2.0 -
WE ARE STILL RESISTING!
Our rights as citizens were never given. They were won. From the ballot box to the picket line, generations of Americans have fought to secure freedom and dignity for us all.
Now, those very freedom are being attacked - from silencing free speech to undermining our justice system, from disappearing people off our streets to using our tax dollars to seize cities and terrorize communities. Enough is enough. Together we will show that America's power lives with the people and not on a throne.
On October 18 from 12-3 PM, residents of Wake County and the Triangle will flood the sidewalks of Capital Boulevard and join millions nationwide to say it loud and clear and AGAIN - No Thrones. No Crowns. No Kings.
